Cancelled Insurance

In June I had sent an email to you guys to cancel all insurances I have with Mr. Price as I am currently under debt review and due to affordability, I needed to cancel everything I may not need. A month went by and still no call, no confirmation or anything that my insurance is cancelled. So I followed up again and finally got assistance. I WILL reverse the 5 amounts of R115 again from my account. It is not my fault that you guys took forever to cancel my insurance and refuse to be penalized for it. I want you guys to please stop all debits from my account because I cannot afford it! And more so that I had asked for this to be cancelled. I want this sorted PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
