cancelled

I have ordered online from Mr Price twice and both times they have let me down. I have been waiting for my package since Thursday and still nobody has said even a simple "on the way" I constantly have to contact them if I want any type of feedback. The first time I cancelled my order. This time I thought I should give them a second chance. Still the same story. This is the most ***********, inconsistent online platform.

THey must just cancel my order, like the last time.
