Cancellation of policy

In November I received a call for Mr price funeral, because I made a lay-by there, the agreement was for the premium to be deducted from the 29th of December 2025, but the went through on the 22 December,how I don't,I was even unaware, until last Friday the 23 they deducted the money of which was not mine,I went to Mr price in Bloem plaza,the lady help me patiently, she called them, since they said they will call me back because I want the money back is not even yet the 29th,I don't get paid on the 20th or 25th. I even sent an email this morning, still no response.

I want them to cancel my policy, because they have my email,but still since November, no documents have been sent, on the 13 January they send to my sister's number an SMS of approval,but they have my number, Friday during the call in the store, they said to the lady who was helping me, they tried to deduct the money on the 1st January but there was no money,of which was a lie, because I showed the lady that there was still money on my account, again they said they tried again on the 13th January, which was a lie, because still there was no notification of any debit order that didn't go through, so I want all my premiums back, because there was no agreement on debit order for the 22n, the 1st, the 13th or 23rd.. I only agreed on the 29th , so if this is how they deal with people, making their own date of debit order, not with me , I'm still waiting for your call Mr price funeral.
