Cancellation of Mr Price Mobile insurance

This is about the cancellation of mobile insurance coverage from my Mr. Price money account which I have requested severally since June 2023, but I have received no help whatsoever. I keep getting responses that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department, but nothing ever gets done. At some point, they even closed my ticket request saying my query had been resolved, but I was still debited the next month. Even after writing again, nothing has happened so far. This is why it's not a good idea not to accept offers via telemarketers because it's simply a trap to keep taking money from you even when you no longer need the product and want to cancel, it's almost impossible to cancel. I just want to know what it will take for this mobile insurance to be canceled as I no longer have the need for it. At this point, I would even like to close the whole Mr. Price money account since I have managed to pay it off.
