Cancellation of Insurance Products

*** - Cancellation of Insurance Products When I signed up to open a clothing account, I initially agreed to include certain insurance products to my account, namely: 1) A2B CP Accident Account Holder Option 2) Customer Protection Plan Opt 1 3) Family Funeral Option 4

Following a closer review of the products, I realised I have similar products with my banking institution, thus did not require the ones offered by Mr Price anymore. I followed the process as per the T&C's for cancellation and submitted my request to cancel on 12 December 2021. It is now 4 months later, and I am still being charged for the insurance products.

When I go in store, they tell me that the best they can do is call head office and try connect me to someone at the cancellations department.

My disappointment is that, Mr Price has set out cancellation procedures to be followed, yet they do not even acknowledge receipt of ones email regarding.
