Cancellation of insurance policies

I recently opened an account at Mr Price and have been trying to remove the insurance policies from my account since Monday..,, everyday. I went in store on Monday and customer service kept us holding for more than a hour. Tuesday I tried calling customer service myself ended up not speaking to no one and wasting R100 airtime. Sent an email Tuesday. Wednesday I tried again got answer but then transferred and was put on hold for another 2 hours. Just came from the store and again put on hold for two hours. This is unacceptable and pathetic. Please I need assistance with this asap
