Cancellation of all forms of insurance my account

I have sent three separate emails to Mr Price Insurance requesting the cancellation of both my Funeral Cover and A2B Accident account holder Insurance policies. Not one of those emails has been acknowledged, and they are still deducting money from my account.

This is not just poor service—it’s financial misconduct. I have followed every required step, provided all my details, and made it abundantly clear that I no longer wish to continue with these policies. Yet Mr Price Insurance continues to ignore my requests and debit my account without consent. These policies make my payment to be higher of which I cannot afford

I am demanding: - Immediate cancellation of both policies - Written confirmation of cancellation - A refund of any deductions made after my initial request

If this is not resolved within 3 working days, I will escalate this to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and pursue further action through consumer protection channels.

Enough is enough. Respond and resolve this now.
