Canceled orders

Firstly I would like to express my frustration and disappointment with MRP online division, their call center department has some of the very rude and sarcastic agents.

I placed several orders last week. See order numbers. All my orders were cancelled yesterday 14 November without my consent. I try to reorder, the stock is still available. The items were discounted by R50 and some by R100 and that is now no longer applicable.

How is this fair to me as a customer? What about customer right. What about CPA laws? So much inconvenience and I cant even get a descent response but rude consultants by the name or Philile and Shaita who are giving false information.

Can you kindly rectify this and send my orders that I had already paid for or do I need to escalate this to consumer rights
