Cancel the insurance

I have sent numerouse emails to cancel the insurance but they don't reply, you phoned they keep on transferring you with no luck to speak to a consultant, I want to cancel the insurance it nearly month end now I need to make my monthly installment but it hard as it goes together with this insurance
