Cancel mrp insurance

I have to say I'm really disappointed in Mrp insurance department. Their service is very poor. So hare is a thing when I first opened their account I joined the insurance so right now I can no longer afford to pay that insurance. I tried to visit their branch but I didn't get any help so I wrote 4 emails for the past 3 months trying to get hold of them so that they can help me cancel the insurances but no response, I even tried to call their department but their agents are always busy they never got back to me. There are no beneficiaries on my insurances no one was added but I'm paying so what will happen if I want to claim. I really really need help in canceling those insurances because my account is in arrears now I can no longer afford to pay them.
