Canal Walk Cashier stole my money

Hello, i'm writing this for lady at my work with computer access. Her name is Mrs Nojoyi: She had asked her colleague to pay her account (which the normal for both to do). They don't have any trust issues. The colleague went as normal to go pay the pay of R500.10. ( i.e . 5x R100 and 10cents). When the cashier named Candice, took the money the and the 10cents droped. As she picked up the 10 cents, she said the money is short with R 15. Candice didn't count the money before putting in the till. the colleague just paid with further arguing... the matter was reported to the Supervisor and then later the Manager : Martha Nguyo but nothing done. They failed to investigate the matter to the client satisfaction. they have no cameras at the tills and she was not searched. please investigation Please call: ***

Please not that Mrs Nojoyi has been contacted by the a guy claiming he is the Manager. He instead accused the lady of harassing their staff. He did not have any intentions of resolving this issues. we have tried to call the number he called from but the number *** just rings and then goes through to fax tone. We have called they customer care and dealt with Ashley (agent). She also has not honored her promise of calling back. please assist. This might be small money to a big corporate but for Mrs Nojoyi, its a lot, as she had budgeted to pay her Edgars account. She will have have a bad record because no one wants to investigate. please assist.
