Can we hire people who value their jobs

went to mr price kids @sunny park not happy with service, the security lady was very rude and one of the shop assistant they have terrible Attitudes, they are lazy to do their jobs. Security door was closed 17:50 but the door was not locked so I opened and the security lady started with the shouting…..
