Can someone assist me

I'm so disappointed as I was excited yesterday when I received my order from mr price. All to find out the items inside are not mine as well as the billing address. I then went back to the store to ask for assistance. They tried getting hold of the regional manager as they did not know what to do then said they'd call me back. So today I went back to the store to see if there is any news but nothing. I was told that the regional manager was on leave. I am very disappointed because one of the items is no longer available online. Still waiting for a response
