Can Mr Price close my account already. do they even know how to?

i have had to visit Mr Price store for the 3rd time just to beg them to close my account, they always saying we are faxing the letter right now and two months later i get another statement from them, i just wish they would do their job and stop charging me card protection fee on a card that i requested to be closed more than 6 months ago.

please please close the account.
