Call centre unavailable and whatsapp chat agents cannot resolve our problems.

Call centre is never open. Whatsapp chat agents are useless because they take forever to respond (more than 48 hours but close the chat if you don't respond in 10 minutes) and they don't resolve your problem instead they refer you to the closed contact centre. All we'd like to do is close the account but this delays is leaving us paying the admin fees...
