Call centre operator

Went into Mr Price Sport on the 5th of Sep to get a replacement card as i have misplaced my card.

The cashier phoned the call centre.. The lady at the call centre was so rude to me from the time she started talking... asking me to verify all my details such as address etc which i did.. then she asked for my cell phone number which i gave to her but she says its wrong... i cannot understand how my cell phone number can be wrong.. i have had this account for more than 10 years it couls have been a very old cell number... She the blocked my account and cut the call whilst talking to her..
