Call Centre lady that's Very rude and disrespectful

<p>Just nou 19:15 I've recieve a call from Mr Price call centre - ********** . I answer the call and the Lady ( Ntando) if I remember correctly, was the call centre lady that phoned me. I've asked her why are you phoning me this time of the day, her response was with attitude"we are working late and you did not pay as arranged" I was so shocked.I told her that the payment was made and that she can give me her email address so that I can forward her the POP but she must be very careful to what she say to me for I have paid via eft. she was keeping on saying that I did not pay..ect. I couldn't get a word in..she was mumbeling and sounded like she cursed me then she put the phone down in my ear. My husband immediately phoned the number back and the answering machine said they close at 18:00. I would like to speak to her directly... phoning me this time of the day and insulating me..this will make that I will never ever answer numbers I do not know!</p>
