Call Centre Employee & Manager were very aggressiv

I received a call from a call centre employee,Denver,offering me a cellphone from the new MR Price Mobile.He made several calls to me during this week and each time i said that i don't have the time to check out the phones.Eventually i said that i was not interested.He said that he had another phone that became available this morning and maybe I should think about it. I refused and he wouldn't back down.Eventually because he wouldn't understand when i said NO,I'm not interested,I put the phone down on him.Immediately thereafter,I received another call from a private number, the caller wanted to know whether i was interested in taking the phone,I asked whom I was speaking with and he said that he was a manager and that his sales rep spoke to me and if I was still interested in the phone.He didn't give me his name. Eventually after asking for his name 3times,he said I gave you my name ,didn't you hear,I am Akash, a manager and do you still want the phone or not. I said no. He said that they started the application and have my details and what must i do,i said I DONT WANT THE PHONE, I won't discuss it further.He continued shouting & I told him to write not interested & dont call back.
