Call centre agent Nadia - phenomenal service!

After a very unpleasant experience with our account and *****ulent transactions I have to make a special recommendation to Nadia at the call centre. She was phenomenal in assisting us with resolving the issue at hand and escalating it to the correct department and following up for us. She was very patient in her approach and understanding.
