Call center ends call while I'm talking. No managers or team leaders available to take a call

I had just received my statement and saw that there is an amount due. Initially when I to pay my account for the second time in th same month the lady advised any payment after the 7th is for the new month. I made the payment which was noe for February but there is an amount due reflecting on my account. So I called to query so I can get a better understanding. Girl answers her name is Chloe she says the books run from a certain date to the 7th I say o understand but if I paid after the 7th then it should be for February. So she starts by saying the same thing again so I said listen I don't understand u keep making reference to the date all I need to know....... This girl put the phone down in my face. Then I call back and speak to another lady, I ask to speak to a senior. She comes back after a long while and says the team leaders are in a meeting and her team Krishnee Naidoo said she can't take the call because Chloe is not in her team. Really who's fooling who? When they call for u to open an account they sooo nice. When u have an account query cz u over paid they do this.pathetic service
