Call Center

On the 27th of March I lodged a complain about Mr Price and the way they handled my account situation. On that day they immediately called me and they resolvrd my situation, which I am quite happy about & I applaud them for it.<br> <br> so today I just got a call from one of their call center agents. I answered the call even though I was in a meeting as I noticed that they've been calling me & their. Line is always giving them problems. The lady was utterly rude & disrespectful:@ she didn't even care about anything I wanted to say, to make the matter worse, she had the nerve to hangup on me whilst I was explaining to her. Mr Price should really work on their call center agents, they are the worst and very much inconsiderate.
