Buy one get one free ladies pajamas

I would like to make a formal complaint, I am traveling from the republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 to visit my family who currently reside on buccleuch area of Sandton.

I have had 2 pervious visits before in your Mr price store Mall of Africa and encountered no problems other than the wait time at your check out.

However today was ********** my mom and I were shopping together as I told her about you buy one get one get one free deal on your pajamas. We both got a pair of black ones with stars on them in M & XL tried them on all perfect after after all the excitement and finding out the deal if Off, we were so disappointed 😞. The BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SIGNS week all over your ladies pajamas section WWE are so upset to hear the deal was no longer available even though the section was clearly signed "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE " like even right under the pairs we found. What a disgrace! We thought we were being **** to we felt so embarrassing needless to say as well paying customers . Immediately one of the store workers took signs down. My mom left your shop fuming 😤 saying I'm never going to Mr price again .

I was actually about to cry in the shop because I really likes those pajamas and I recently purchased a lovely baby pink polka dot set in a similar style which were buy on get one free and they were reduced in price from R139.99- R100. I gave my mom a M in that set.

Plus ... while I was I store I asked if I could check the status of an online order the women behind the till was very unhelpful intact rude too, I didn't have my order information as my phone was at home charging but she could of looked with my personal information details.

It's shocking your services from an outsiders perspective 🙄 , false advertising and yours staff don't know anything about the shop or how to go out thier way for customers.

I believe 🙏 the best customer service is when u put the customer right even when they are wrong. You are a shop after all and the customer experience is what sells your products.

U have a lot to improve. I'm extremely disappointed 😞 and upset at the service of your workers it's disgraceful. Especially at a time where families are supposed to be relaxed and celebrating Christmas with coronavirus we should be a lot more kinder to one another and more helpful.
