Due to the covid19 lock down since last year i have not been able to pay anything and mr price included they are such ****** as i have spoken to them several times and even sent them all the letters that i have received from the company i worked for. We came to an arrangement to pay R150 which i did. When i lost my job a few months down the line i could not pay anything and also notified them. Which they just did not seem to understand. Then eventually after 2months( and i have been keeping in touch with them and communicating) i got something and started paying them R300 instead of the R150 only to find that they have been charging ridiculous amounts of money for emails which cost R24 and fone calls for R30. So my account should obly have a balance of about R1400 But they have a balance of R2400. How is that possible for evertime i have mad a payment of R300 the take a R130 for them for these email they send which cost R24 per email. Capture fee of R30. So now i need to know is it even worth it to try and pay this money off cause the more you pay the more they charge extra. And have been waiting to hear from these guys.
