broken phone

Good day i baught a cellphone from mr price at diamont pavillian mall.as the phone started to have problems within the first 7 days of purchase i took it back.mr price sent it to vodacom as they rep**** at first ťhat i have dilibritely damaged the phone where i have not the phone got hot when charged and when in apps it freezed..i demanded on refunding me as i have settled my account before purchasing the phone.every time they have a new story i refuse to pay for something i don't have regards tommie
