Breach of personal details

I recently received a call from Mr. Price to open a new account with them. This in itself was already an irritant, but the call center agent advised me that they got my personal info from trans union, without me applying for any accounts or credit from them. This seems highly suspect, and I would request that they remove any personal information that they acquired in this manner.
