Bought clothes for my holiday and its damaged

I'm only Hello Petering because I'm now in Australia and can't call anyone. I bought a dress for my month long holiday on 21/12/2015 and when I got on the plane the next day, thought I'd wear a very comfy dress that I bought at your store. To my dismay the back of the dress was damaged when I went to the toilet that same day. I was so embarrassed that I tied a hoody around my waist for the remainder of my trip. I now can't wear it again. Please advise a way forward as I'll only be in Johannesburg again after the 15/01/2016 and unavailable on my phone until the 12/01/2016 so please email. Thank you
