bought a pair of pumps at Mr Price on 15 January 2018 and only wore them twice now its only 5days from day of purchase and the pumps are torn.

on the 15th of January 2018. i bought a pair a of pip toe pumps at Mr Price Jabulani mall. i wore them for 2 hours on Wednesday the 17th. and i wore them again this morning. i suddenly felt it getting bigger when i checked it out...its torn. i then decided to try and contact the store telephonic-ally to report this matter and get a solution. iv been trying the store several times today 19th but nobody is picking up the phone. so bad. Im really not happy with the shoes and very much unhappy with the service.
