I have been attempting to purchase online for the last few weeks. Tell me why I have an amount that is sitting there in my cart for almost R1200 before adding any item. Called the call center which in turn referred me to the app chat. App chat is useless always busy . So what must happen for me to use this account. Call center said I could check out as a guest using my account card, that was infact a lie
