Boots damaged after wearing them for 3 hours

I bought my daughters boots at Mr Price Online last week and they were delivered. She wore the boots saturday morning and by 11am the boots were damaged the material was coming off. I am very disappointed with Mr Price for selling boots that are of low quality. What must i do with the boots now as she cannot wear them. Can i return them to the nearest shop for a full refund?
