Bogus service Mr price cresta never ner shop there

The service I got there was shocking,was gonna purchase and I was told I can't as I don't have my id I have been to few Mr price they do ask for id but if i don't have they ask security questions and do it for me. I'm utterly disgusted I manage my account very well but after this incident I need to close my account what is the use of having a account if I can't use it in times of need can I kindly have my surplus as I was paying forward.

The arrogance I got from Ntombi and Elizabeth is out of this world and kindly educate your staff on how to check if account has a surplus and they must not ask me. when I asked for their surname Ntombi said she can't gives me that as it's POPI act can you kindly take her back to school so that she gets the knowledge of what POPI act covers. Her attitude was on another level.Im definitely ending my relationship with Mr price.everything About Mr price cresta is a bore the service is slow don't even wanna talk about that
