I tried to open an account at Mr Price end of Dec and got declined and on end of January tried again and it also declined, by next day they called me to Mr Price to collect my card because it is approved. I payed my 1st instalment end of February my instalment and by end of Marc then April also. By 2nd of this month I went to Capitec bank to ask for a loan and it declined because of ITC record they say I'm in arrears of R10 with Mr Price. By Sunday I went to Mr Price to check and found that I don't owe them anything and they called head office and still nothing on their site. They said they will fax me a letter to show that I don't owe them and waites for 4 hours and never received anything. Monday I went again and they send email to one of the employed person who assisted me with the letter and they said they have faxed my details to ITC and ITC can only help me in 7 to 14 working days. I don't have those days because my life okis stack and I fight with my husband. Can u please help me to clear my name and advice to sue Mr Price for messing with my name, M N Mokoena
