Blacklisted

I opened an account with Mr Price on the 23/12/16.I must admit I did'nt pay my account accordingly and that led me into being blacklisted,so in December 2027 I went to settle the account and closed it.The lady said it will take me about 2 months for my name to be cleared..well in May 2018 back I tried to get a contract phone and my application was declined it showed that I'm blaclisted by Mr price.I wasted my time and went into the store and explained to the lady,she called the lawyers and the she said the lawyers will be incontact with me,I waited for weeks and no one made any kind of contact with me.I went back there and again the lady called the lawyers,asked for my details and said the lawyers will be incontact but they never were.I went about 6 times more but the kept telling me the same thing "our lawyers will contact you".Please help me clear my name.
