Bitter sweet

My Dad had his heart set on the CHARLESTON LIS BURN 2STR CHAR. He went to the Vaal Mall branch where he purchased a matching chair and some accessories as well. The sales consulted told him that they can't help him with the CHARLESTON LIS BURN 2STR CHAR couches before the 26th of Jan. Then only they will inform him if they can order of have any available in other stores. He bought the chair and was told that delivery will take two weeks.

When my dad told me this I said no it can't be that they advertise a couch but cant order of see availability so I went to the Centurion Life style center branch. Jones and Jimmy assisted me with great pleasure and after having to go to Menlyn as well. I paid for two couches with Jimmy today in Centurion and my dad will receive delivery Friday. Jimmy and Jones are absolute stars. I always receive amazing service at Centurion Life style. Thank you.

Now the couches (from PTA TO VAAL) will arrive before the chair that was order a week before. Wish I could understand the process. In future my dad will travel to Pretoria before going to the Vaal Mall branch.
