Billing after closure of the account.

I have settled my account in December already and I still got an sms from Mr price in January to say I owe them. I went back into the shop (Newtown Junction- JHB) and they told me its because of the mobile insurance.

first when I bought a phone I was told that the insurance will be part of the account and that the instalment will be included therein. when I settled obviously that will mean that everything that is part of the account is settled.

I received an SMS from mobile insurance to say that the insurance has been cancelled, now Mr Price is reflecting on my credit profile as that im owing and not paying them. i went into the store again in Newtown junction and im told iam supposed to pay R60 which is for the insurance, i never said they should bill me when i already settled the account.

i need my credit profile to be updated as iam not liable for any monies outstanding at Mr Price.
