BILLED THREE TIMES FOR ONE ITEM

I can not believe I have been charged 3 times for one Item. I bought a shirt on the 02/05/2015 using my debit card it took time to transact, the cashier lady told me that it did not go through we must try it again then I gave my wife debit card then the transaction went through. After 30min received an Sms from my account that I have been billed for that same shirt that I bought using my wife's card. I went back to MR Price they told me that the will reverse the transaction from my account and it will take 48 hours and I comp****.<br> <br> What made me upset was that on the 07/05/2015 at 03:17 I received an sms informing me that MR PRICE debited another amount for the same shirt instead of refunding me. I called MR Price same branch on the 07/05/215 spoke to Nathi about what happened I was so shocked when he told me that he is not aware of the debit amount at 3am because he was sleeping at that time. The guy was so personal to a point I advice him that my query is direct at his company I don't want to know if he was sleeping or not he must try and assist me regarding my query he said he will come back to me I am still waiting and I will escalate this if not assisted.
