Billed but no Delivery

Hi<br> <br> On the 30/03/2016 i made on online purchase at MRP , where by my order was received and i was advised to make a payment which i did to there absa bank account , but 3 days no respond from them and i had to cancel my order which they where very quick to do . I called there Durban branch to check if it was cancelled and that i may be refunded , every time i called i was told no payment received from me then advised to go to my bank , on the 6th April i did go i got my statement confirming a transfer done from my account to absa , they asked me to sent the statement and i did , called again nobody has received my statement and still the payment is not received .<br> <br> Am really irritated by MRP behavior and ill never do the online shopping cause is full of ****s <br> <br> Thanks<br> Matshidiso
