Biggest regret opening this account

I'm definitely closing this account, it's a new account so paying my first installment was fine. Second payment and then the app all of a sudden doesn't work, eventually i get their banking details after 30 days for eft. I paid 900 on 26 Feb and used my account number as the reference, my payment still not allocated. Where is the payment, why do u need a pop if im giving u all the payment info, now i must call back Monday to speak to finance. Ridiculous, i regret opening this account coz now ur inability of ur staff to allocate and receipt funds are messing with my credit record. How can no one help to allocate this payment, does ur finance department not check payments? I used my account number, where else do u think that payment should be allocated, by Ricky or tannie Marie but the damn payment ref shows who that payment belongs to. U guys are slap gatte man
