beyond p***ed

Last month i complained about Mr P regarding payment on my account, then they credited my account incorrectly with R30 000 and i see my balance owing was also adjusted for some or other reason, yesterday i made a payment on my account and my new avai credit is showing as R155 ***?? im so mad!!!
