BEWARE of shopping at MR PRICE ONLINE because chances are you will not receive your package!!!

I have had it with going up and down with this online store fighting for my money. On the 21st May I purchased online at Mr Price and paid via their instant payment called OZOW (R649.98) and was surprised that no order showed on my tracking page. I then decided to call them a few days later and they told me to send proof of payment. I then sent them my bank statement because it shows there that mrp had deducted that money. Now Mr price has the nerve to send me a ridiculous email saying that their finance department wants proof of payment from my bank and not a statement. What type of joke is this?? I pay directly from my banking app because it’s convenient but in order for me to get my order, I need to go through all of this? Someone is not doing their job here. Someone senior should check the books and find out where this money is. I’m very angry at the way my case is being handled. I want my package and because money left my account and I sent you proof, you need to find a way to get this solved and either send me my package or pay me back.
