BERLIN DANIELS & THOBANI NGWENYA & MR PRICE ARE DISHONEST AND *****

BERLIN DANIELS and THOBANI NGWENYA, both call centre agents are the most dishonest, unprofessional disgusting individuals i have come across any customer service. They think its ok to lie to clients too. After cancelling an order earlier January, i have been pŕomised my money would be paid back. Last week Wednesday, both these ***** told me on the phone and via email that i would have my money on Monday at the latest. On Friday morning, Thobani promised me a proof of payment. Today; when i ask Berlin Daniels about my money, he said he would send me proof of payment. They have not sent me proof of payment and NO MONEY!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE AND *****. MR PRICE IS DISGUSTING. Thobani sent me an email after 14h00 to say payment will be made today and he will send me the proof of payment. He is now not responding to my emails
