Belittled

I have never been embarrased like Vivian did this morning worse it happened in front of another customer,i was phoned by mr price offering an acc & was told to bring my id and payslips at my nearest MrPrice shop,got to the till & got Vivian who ddnt seem to knw anything about the above,sometimes its about the "How"part..sh literally made sure she had the final say & made me feel inferior and was not assisted,i then crossed to Jet which is just opposite & was welcomed witj warm hands
