Being treated like a *********

I had the worst experience shopping online at Mr Price. I made a purchase and received a confirmation email that goods would arrive for in-store collect only to track my order later that week and find out that my order had been cancelled without my knowledge as no communication was sent from Mr Price. Mr Price then claims that payment for said order was not received after I reached out to them to inquire. I have since called my bank to receive confirmation that payment was indeed successful and have since emailed proof of payment to Mr Price. There also has been no apology made from Mr Price for the inconvenience caused/experienced and terrible customer service in advising on how to fix the problem. Through all the emails sent I felt like I was being treated like a dishonest consumer because of the responses received from Mr Price. I would definitely not recommend for anyone to shop online as customer service whether via email or call is less than helpful.
