Became a laughing stock

<p>I was at Mr Price clothing yesterday (Friday 31.03.2017) with my colleague around 6:45pm to buy shoes with my mothers account card. The cashier was moody, grumpy so much for customer service.</p> <p>To my experience customer service is meant to be accampanied with a same not an angry face. The cashier dismissed us that we cant buy without the cardholder being present. The problem was not being told that we cant use the card, but her male colleague who turned us to a laughting stock of the store amongst his colleagues saying that'' i hit you with a boom that you would never know". He bluntatly turned me and my colleague the laughter of the day. We have never expirenced such bad, horrible customer service whilest trying to shop from the store. We have been shopping at Mr Price ever since i can remember. The guy was about 5.6' foot tall, light in complexion, big black afro that is not combed and a big nose. He works by the till points. Unfortunately i did not get his name because of the embarrasment i had experienced. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARASSED BY A STAFF MEMBER. </p>
