Be careful of their online shopping department

Your online shopping is a disaster. placed an order on Wednesday. I did not receive any confirmation but the funds were deducted from my account. I decided to call in yesterday and spoke to Samantha she confirmed she escalated my order and I will receive feedback the same day. It's already half of the following day and still no feedback. Delivery confirmed 2-3 working days which will not happen now because my order is still with the review department. Rather refund me my money I will take it to a business that provides service. I do online shopping for convenience and this is not convenient at All.
