Baywest Mr Closes with no staff in sight

If I could give this store a 0 I definitely would. Electricity in baywest went off and the store closed. All other stores opened when the electricity went on and Mr Price closed its doors for almost an hour. Customers had to stand outside and wait for them to do who knows what. This is really really disappointing. All the other stores opened except Mr Price. There was no staff outside to advise why the store is closed. The manager on duty today was very unprofessional and lacked soft skills when dealing with customers. We were chased out of the store like dogs. I hope Sharon Gerber can assist in bringing this manager and her team to task.
