Basic Service Delivery 101

Mr Price Group have many companies in heir stable and this is about Sheet Street Online, I ordered some items online and first my order was cancelled because payment was allegedly not received, after providing POP it was finally handed to Fastway to deliver. BUT I never received a tracking number or any kind of warning when delivery will happen. Is that the way MR P Group does business? And then when queried the call center operators just "Apologize for the Inconvenience" and not at all interested to ensure this doesn't happen to any other clients. When asked to speak to a supervisor you are placed on hold and you never reach that "Supervisor"! I wonder if the exist at this company or is anyone is interested in improving basic services?
