Balance And Instalment Query

To whom it may concern.

I wouldlike t lay a formal complaint regarding my account with Mr Price as a whole. I was giving a credit facility of R4000 to use in December 2024. i used up the available credit and therefore begun repaying the amount with a minimum instalments of R600 p/m to date.

The balance doesn't change to the actual difference till to date. Which means i have been paying instalments of R600 p/m since January but when i look at my statement it still reflects an outstanding balance of R600.

kindly look into this as i have contactedMr Price shop in Daveyton mall and yet the balance hasnt changed and my R600 payments have not decreased the balance nor reflected on the statement.
