bag ordered via online purchase ,till today order not received from the 7th November 2025

They don't even deserve a rating ,i purchased a bag online on the 7th November 2025 and under neath it was saying place an order today it will be delivered on the 14th November 2025,why is not yet delivered to the stores i want to know !,i used the method for click and collect ,since it show's shipped from the 9th November 2025 till date still on that status, now i am coming from MR PRICE store's thinking maybe it has arrived just delayed email ,nothing still on shipped status, i also trayed to find out via the chat team i think i spoke to Sthembiso he said he will escalate and send feedback via email till today nothing no feedback either ,what kind of service is this and giving False hopes for delivery to client. totally a 0 for me, i need my bag today is the 19 i need to use it 2morrow ,i did order in advance for my plan's ,so MR price try to work with me i need my bag b4 the end of the day ,i want to use it 2moro as per my plans.
