BAD WORSE RIDICULOUS NIGHTMARE PATHETHIC DISGUSTING HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I made an online purchase on the 23 of august received an email confirming my order will be ready to collect by 30 of august called the call center to trace my order its was not yet delivered at east rand mall was only delivered on the 5 of September, i went to east rand mall on 7 September when i go to shop to collect my order their system were you collect your online purchase was given them an error i was assisted by Nomfundo she took my details promised me to call me the following day she did not i even go back took my time off from work to collect still the same err on their system even today no call for feed back from them,BAD SERVICE EVER . I am surprised why even the staff are not aware of how the system work or to help me get my parcel , What irritates me worse is the fact that no sense of urgency was the staff showing they all look relaxed hence i told them i was on lunch and wanted to get my things , so i really don't understand what type of service is this , even today again i never got a call from from them regarding this again i need to drive waste my petrol , waste my time to go the shop ....AND WHEN I GET THERE is when they try to assist with my purchase and did nothing since i left yesterday......

please i want to cancel this order and please pay my money back, this is RIDICULOUS ,......WORSE SERVICE EVER .....I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
