Bad treatment by a cashier

A cashier by the name of Enos was very rude to me when I approached the cash desk. He rudely called me and I politely asked him if he's angry but he rudely continued to answer me in a very unprofessional manner. He mentioned to me with attitude that he started working since 8 till at that time which was about to 5. I was so embarrassed and felt mistreated by a Mr. Price cashier. His colleague even felt the tension and asked what's happening and I explained the manner which Enos treated with. She requested Enos to apologize but Enos with a very bad attitude what is he apologizing for - I explained to him what he did and how it made me feel but he didn't budge. We as consumers expect to be treated fairly and with respect as we also respect the retail workers. My day went from happy to sad with this encounter at Mr. Price Greenstone. I'm very disappointed as I always shop at that very same Mr. Price but today my experience was the worst.
